By accessing or using LP Companion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LP Companion is a lesson plan management platform for educators and institutions. We offer free trial access and paid subscription plans for individual teachers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must verify your email address to activate your account.
Individual subscriptions are charged at ₹99 per subject per year. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All transactions are final; we do not offer refunds except where required by law. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiry.
New individual accounts receive a 3-day free trial. Trial accounts are limited in the number of classes, chapters, and lessons. After the trial period, access becomes read-only until a subscription is purchased.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading malicious content, reselling access, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of lesson plans and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
