Rohith built LP-Companion from the ground up. He leads product architecture and engineering, combining a passion for education technology with deep technical expertise. He designed the 5E lesson-planning model at the core of the platform and has architected the entire system — from database schema to the teacher-facing editor.

The idea behind LP CompanionLahari's first-hand experience in school education pinpointed the exact gap LP-Companion was built to fill — teachers spending hours on paperwork instead of focusing on their students. She drives operations, school partnerships, and keeps the product grounded in the realities of an Indian classroom.
Both Rohith and Lahari are alumni of the Regional Institute of Education, Mysore — a constituent of NCERT and one of India's foremost institutions for teacher education and educational research. That shared background shapes everything about how LP-Companion is built: pedagogically grounded, curriculum-aware, and designed with real classrooms in mind.
LP-Companion isn't a product built around technology for its own sake. It comes from people who understand the 5E model not as a feature, but as a framework they studied and believe in.
